this beautiful little gem is a neti pot. we love it. at first, it really feels like you are drowning -- drowning. but once you realize you're in control of the situation, it's totally cool. it all started on saturday when i could barely breathe.. and andy was like, hey, what about this thing i saw on oprah. so, we bought this little guy at Kroger's Scotts for 10 freaking dollars. it's brilliant. seriously. brilliant. we love it and don't really even understand how we lived without.
we attached some videos of us irrigating our nasal cavities -- it may seem like we aren't enjoying ourselves, because of our twisted faces and how ours eyes close involuntarily.. but, we do love it.
